Flexible, cost-effective and high-quality, my coaching programme is normally delivered across four to six sessions over 6-12 months. Each meeting is between 1-2 hours and can be face-to-face, virtual, or a mix of both.

Auckland-based and self-employed, I’m a consultant who helps New Zealand leaders achieve their personal and organisational goals. I work for councils and other organisations with similar aims and values.

I’ve always been interested in environmental matters and bettering workplace culture and achievements. I’ve been the mayor and deputy mayor of Whangārei; an independent RMA chair and commissioner working in Wellington and Auckland on major consents and infrastructure; a people and capability manager; principal consultant; and business analyst. 

Leaders can be both strong AND kind, forward-thinking AND realistic, professional AND authentic. I help you and your team develop these qualities to better your impact.   

Outside work, I enjoy dancing, walking my Labrador, reading, and spending treasured time with family and friends.
